1. Volunteer Handbook - STEP 1, please download and read

2. Volunteer Handbook Acknowledgement Form - Once have read Handbook, acknowledge receipt

3. AMP Release of Liability Waiver - please review and complete prior to any training sessions.

4. Move United Release of Liability Waiver - please review and complete prior to any training sessions.

5. Move United Media Release - please review and complete prior to any training sessions.
